I am a forty plus year old woman and the first road sign that comes to mind when I think of one to describe my life, is warning curves ahead. Not only are we talking about my body which has taken on a new shape since my 20s, due to age the slowing of metabolism and having given birth to 2 children, but also the changes in mood that come with changes of hormone levels in a woman’s age.
