Here is the next few paragraphs.

*I spent 2 evenings working on the end. Not ready to show that to you yet but today I got closer to the pizza, not too interesting but a little character bit on Justin."

I scoop her up. “I am s sorry someone did that.”
“What did they do?” Asks Justin looking out the window.
“The broke my leaf man, daddy” whines Helen.

I can see that it registers and in his shoulders tension builds, but with a big breath he disperses the tension. “I am sorry sweetie, sometimes people do mean things, and sometimes they don’t even know they are mean” He steps over to us and puts his arm around me and strokes Helen’s head.  I can tell he wants this to have not happened.
“Sweetie, how about we cook some pizza?” He is moving us on.  Keeping us from thinking too long about who took it apart. Moving on is a good thing it has been a long day.
In the kitchen He is standing at the stove looking at the oven. “How do you think this works he asks. I look in the cupboard around the kitchen a few have our stuff in them the rest are bare. I hand Helen some plactic dished it play with.
“Well until we have internet connection and can look up the instruction book on
line. We will have to wing it.” I say. Justin laughs. We look at the controls, we begin to experiment with different ways of turning it on. Eventually I hear the tell tale whoosh and pop of the gas oven turning on. Three red numbers light up indicating 100. I assume that that is the temperature and I stand back. “Ok we have it on. Lets see what happens next”. Justin pulls a padded stool over for me to sit on. I sit and watch the numbers slowly count up. When the numbers 450 there is a beep and I unwrap and put the oven in. I look at the clock and make a note of the time and walk into the living room. I stant in the arched entry way between the dining room and living watching Helen serve her daddy invisible food on the plastic plates.
