Thing 10 - Cookies

I love to make cookies. There is a recipe in the back of the 12th edition of the Better Homes and Garden  New Cookbook for Oat Fruit and Nut Cookies. I often adapt this for what i have on hand and often I susbtitute chocolate chips for the nuts. So tonight i used currents dried appicots and chocolate chips and they are yummy. Still warm and gooey as I write this. Tomorrow much more creation planned.
